Beaufort Care Group provides high-quality residential care for children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural difficulties. We have a number of residential homes for children aged 6-18 in Dorset and Hampshire, as well as supported living accommodation for older children and young adults. Our priority is to ensure that every child and young person feels safe, secure and happy – and can achieve their best. In 2025, Beaufort became an Employee Ownership Trust which means that every member of our team is now a beneficiary of Beaufort’s success. Why does this matter?
