Becoming Her Women's Collective
A community for women in business in similar stages of their careers — growing into who they’re meant to be, together.
About Becoming Her Women's Collective
Becoming Her Women’s Collective is a Minnesota-based community launching in 2026 for women in business who are ready to build meaningful connections, grow their careers, and support one another through this stage of life and work. This collective is designed for women post–college through their early to mid-30s who want to be surrounded by others navigating similar seasons — building careers, expanding networks, growing businesses, and becoming more confident in who they are professionally and personally. We meet one to two times per quarter for intentional, weekday gatherings — coffee meetups and happy hours — focused on real conversation, shared ideas, and genuine connection. This is not transactional networking. It’s a space to relate, collaborate, exchange resources, and grow together. Members use this community to: Build relationships with women in similar stages of their careers Expand their professional network and book of business Share ideas, recommendations, and opportunities Learn from one another’s experiences Show up as the women they are becoming in 2026 Becoming Her is for women who believe growth happens faster when you’re surrounded by the right people — women who want community, accountability, and connection as they step into the next chapter of their careers. We are currently welcoming interest for our 2026 launch. If you’re a woman in business looking for a space to connect, grow, and become — we’d love to have you join us.
