BeMath is a consultancy focused on quantitative pharmacology and clinical pharmacology, supporting drug development from non-clinical stages through to late clinical development. The consultancy is led by a Pharmacometrician and Clinical Pharmacologist with over 15 years’ experience across pharmaceutical companies, consultancies, and CRO environments, including AstraZeneca, Certara, Simulations Plus, and Parexel. Work focuses on translating complex data into clear, decision-relevant insight. Capabilities include: - Non-clinical PK/PD and dose justification - Translational modelling from non-clinical to human - First-in-human dose prediction - Clinical pharmacology and PK analysis - Support for regulatory submissions, including programmes under the Animal Rule BeMath works closely with multidisciplinary teams to align quantitative, biological, and development perspectives, ensuring that modelling and data are directly connected to development decisions.
