I am an NCDA-certified career coach dedicated to helping people find their best-fit career path, with or without a college degree, and I strongly believe in the value of a skills-first approach to hiring. I believe that before finding a job, it's important to know and understand your "why", as well as what you are good at, what you enjoy, and what kind of impact you want to have on the world. I have a passion for working with college students, recent grads, and early-career young adults but also welcome clients in their mid-career. I provide coaching in the areas of career exploration, job search tools, resume writing, LinkedIn profile creation and optimization, interview strategies, internships, and job-related skills development. I am an accomplished relationship builder and people connector. I also host the High School Hamster Wheel podcast. Through more than 100 podcast conversations with thought leaders in the field of education, business, psychology, careers, parenting, and the future of work, I have gained a wealth of valuable knowledge and insights that propel me to guide others as they pursue the next steps on their career path. I am a lifelong learner with a commitment to helping people achieve success, no matter what their own personal definition of success may be.
