Our services include Property Improvement Plan (PIP) analysis, quantity verification, budgeting, procurement planning, purchasing, logistics coordination, installation management, and project closeout. Our role is to bring structure to the procurement process by coordinating manufacturers, schedules, budgets, specifications, and project teams throughout every stage of a project.
