About Big Big Human

I design AI experiences that work, and the adoption path that gets them used. Not by starting with tools or models. I start with people, the work they do, and the system around the technology. Big Big Human is my independent consulting practice, built on 20+ years of experience strategy and design leadership across agencies (Grey, Barefoot Proximity BBDO) and enterprises (Kroger Technology and Digital, Cardinal Health). Two things happen together here. I design the experience: where AI fits into a product, a workflow, or a service, and where it does not. And I design the adoption: the training, the change, and the habits that make people actually use it. Good design nobody adopts is a demo. Good adoption of a bad experience is a mess. I work on both at once. I work directly with owners and leadership teams who know they should be doing something with AI and aren't sure where to start, and with teams whose AI rollout hasn't changed how work actually gets done. The work covers three things: Find the right opportunities, and the honest skip list too. Help people use AI well, through training built on real work. Design experiences where AI actually helps, for employees and customers. Technology should expand what people can do, without losing what makes us human. That's the belief behind everything here.
