About Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Arkansas
The mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth, with a vision that all youth achieve their full potential. Mentorship meets kids where they are, helping them grow into confident, successful individuals. It boosts school performance, opens new paths, and creates lasting opportunities. When you support Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Arkansas, you are supporting relationships that are essential to a thriving future for our community. Big Brothers Big Sisters was established as an alternative to the juvenile justice system to reach the most marginalized youth as part of an evidence-based program. Since 1995, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Arkansas has created and supported thousands of high-quality, meaningful one-to-one mentoring relationships between youth (Littles) and caring adults (Bigs) in Benton and Washington Counties. We are an affiliate of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and operate as our own nonprofit organization.
