About RSK Biocensus
RSK Biocensus is an ecological consultancy with a presence across the country and an extensive network of ecologists throughout the UK. We provide a variety of ecological services at both strategic and project levels, empowering you to effectively manage ecological risks while capitalising on opportunities. By integrating ecological knowledge, scientific precision, and a practical approach, we collaborate with businesses to foster a 'net positive' impact that enhances both environmental sustainability and financial performance. Our in-house project team supports our ecologists and colleagues hold memberships of the CIEEM, the Association for Project Management (APM) and the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). Most of our project management team hold either the project fundamentals or the project management qualifications (PFQ or PMQ) from the APM, with some trained in agile methods. Many of our project managers have completed training in NEC4 contract processes and the use of tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project. Our project coordinators provide logistical and organisational support on projects of all sizes. We are also supported by our digital team, who take care of our geographic information systems (GIS), data management and internal systems. Our suppliers are vital to our success and are a key part of our project teams. We have a dedicated supplier team who specialise in supplier care, from initial contact and onboarding through to successfully working with us. We are involved in a range of smaller projects to collect and analyse data from our routine consultancy work.
