The finance is secured against property or land and is generally provided for less than a year to help enable the project to be started. Started as Bath & West Finance in 2013 by Martyn Smith, who built and sold one of the most successful bridging companies to date, we aim to combine highly competitive and flexible products with the highest levels of service, allowing our broker partners to put power in the hands of their clients.
