About BLB NRW
Der Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb Nordrhein-Westfalen (BLB NRW) ist das Immobilienunternehmen des Landes NRW und Eigentümer der meisten Landesliegenschaften. Er betreibt ein wirtschaftliches Immobilienmanagement und vermietet seine Gebäude an die Hochschulen und die Nutzer aus der Landesverwaltung – Polizei, Finanzverwaltung, Justiz, Justizvollzug und weitere Landesbehörden und -einrichtungen. Darüber hinaus baut er in NRW im Auftrag des Bundes. Mit mehr als 3.000 erfahrenen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern an acht Standorten und zahlreichen Kunden- und Projektbüros ist der BLB NRW ein starker und verlässlicher Partner vor Ort. Mit seiner vielseitigen Arbeit in allen Bereichen der Gebäudewirtschaft wirkt er daran mit, die bau- und klimapolitischen Ziele Nordrhein-Westfalens im Rahmen der haushaltspolitischen Vorgaben umzusetzen und die Flächennutzung durch das Land effizient zu gestalten. Er investiert in eine zeitgemäße Gebäudeinfrastruktur für die Studierenden, die Landesbediensteten und die Bürgerinnen und Bürger Nordrhein-Westfalens und leistet so einen wichtigen Beitrag für ein lebenswertes NRW.
