About blendVET® foundation

The blendVET Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to veterinary careers for underresourced middle and high school students. Our mission is to empower students and their support networks by creating sustainable career pathways into veterinary medicine through mentorship, leadership development, and immersive learning experiences. Through our flagship Believe and Belong in Veterinary Medicine™ Youth Pathways program, we connect students with veterinary professionals, industry mentors, and real-world learning opportunities that build confidence, belonging, and long-term career readiness. We also provide VETtalks™, a free on-demand educational resource series designed for parents, educators, and school counselors, offering practical guidance on navigating veterinary career pathways and supporting student success. By partnering with schools, community organizations, and industry leaders, The blendVET Foundation is building a more inclusive, prepared, and resilient future veterinary workforce.
