About BMR Health and Wellbeing

BMR Health & Wellbeing helps organisations build practical, joined-up wellbeing support around their people, their culture and where they are now. We work across mental health, neurodiversity, menopause, men’s health, suicide prevention, psychosocial risk and wider workplace wellbeing. But BMR isn’t simply a catalogue of training courses.
