Boston Materials produces a new class of materials with enhanced energy transfer properties using patented Z-axis carbon fiber technology. Key use cases include semiconductor thermal management and aircraft lightweighting. Boston Materials has over a decade of IP development and scaled manufacturing facilities located near Boston MA. Boston Materials manufactures Liquid Metal ZRT®, a Z-axis carbon fiber and liquid metal composite thermal interface material (TIM) that delivers a 5-8°C cooling improvement for kilowatt-scale, liquid-cooled semiconductor devices. This advanced TIM is particularly compelling for large, high-power devices with significant die array warpage.
