Brand Planning is a sales-focused strategic planning consultancy based in Bromley. It is run by Emma Meheux, a highly experienced sales and marketing specialist and author of the book ‘Sales Before Marketing’ We help clients develop strong brands and good brand positioning, and plan strategies to generate quality enquiries & sales. Our primary focus is helping start-ups and local businesses find ways to gain enquiries & sales. We do this through - - 121 consultancy - Workshops - Courses - Roundtables - Speaking sessions. The key areas we focus on are:- - Brand creation - Brand Positioning - Brand Planning - Brand Messaging - Networking Skills - Sales Training - Social Selling The book talks about the power of the’ brand’ in relation to sales. We help clients develop new brands (or redevelop existing brands), position these effectively and develop strategies/ plans for growth. We provide a range of 1-day brand planning workshops and longer courses. Some are for start-up entrepreneurs who understand how important it is to develop a strong brand and strong foundations for brand growth from the outset. Other workshops are for more established businesses who want to strengthen their foundations and plan a great sales focused strategy for the growth of their brand. We believe business networking combined with social selling on LinkedIn (which we view as a form of networking) is one of the best initial ways for SMEs to gain new sales, and it is a big focus. Networking effectively is made far easier when you have a strong brand strategy and elevator pitch. We help SMEs learn how to develop these and network very effectively. We provide 121 sessions, 1-day workshops and courses on networking and social selling. A lot of small business owners lack basic sales training – we also help people improve sales skills.
