Breathe Life Healing Centers offer powerful trauma-informed care featuring evidence-based treatment to those suffering with substance use, co-occurring disorders, and eating disorders. Breathe’s sophisticated clinical program features individual and group therapy, dynamic experiential psychotherapies (including Sensorimotor, Internal Family Systems and EMDR), medication management, plus customized culinary plans, movement, and a personalized approach to sparking spiritual development.  At Breathe Life Healing Centers, clinical care is relational, and the entire family is our client.  For our families, we offer two powerful and unique offerings: our signature Family Class ( a rich six-month online or phone based classroom complete with audio + video, homework, downloadable as a podcast right after class) and our five-day Family Workshop led by Executive Clinical Director Kathleen Murphy. Founding partners include Deb Hughes, Brad Lamm + Kathleen Murphy.
