Bridgehead installs agentic AI operating systems in mid-market operating companies — manufacturers, distributors, and service businesses in the $10–50M range. We map 3–5 AI use cases with payback math, build the agents, and run them under a monthly agreement with a weekly ledger of what the agents did and what it saved. We run our own company on the same operating system we install. Founded by Kash Badami: Chief Architect of the Nationwide Health Information Network at HHS, $100M+ closed at MarkLogic including the data layer under Healthcare.gov, and thirty years of shipping automation inside operating companies.
