BrightCap partners with a small number of founders to build wealth outside their main business through residential-led property in Cambridge. Our focus is driven by a simple view: AI is accelerating economic growth into a small number of cities, concentrating talent, capital and demand into those locations over time. Cambridge is already one of them — repeatedly ranked as the world’s No.1 science and technology cluster, with deep talent, global companies and structurally constrained housing supply. We focus on acquiring and improving blocks of flats — creating equity through refurbishment and title splitting, then holding for income and long-term growth. All investments are structured as joint ventures, with full alignment: no upfront fees, capital returned first, and shared upside. Our projects are delivered through our co-founder’s family-run Cambridge construction business with over 25 years of experience, and income is generated through a mix of premium professional lets and long-term leasing via our platform, MarketOffer.
