About British Society for Rheumatology
British Society for Rheumatology works to promote excellence in the care of people with rheumatic and musculoskeletal disorders and to support those delivering it. Involving patients and carers at every step, we aim to ensure that physicians and clinicians are equipped to provide high-quality care. Our membership consists of rheumatologists, nurses, allied health professionals, GPs and academics supporting children and adults through the whole care pathway. We collaborate with other health organisations to enhance the quality of care and supports research and innovation. We also actively promote evidence-based policies to government to encourage healthy lifestyles to reduce illness from preventable causes. As the clinical voice for rheumatology, British Society for Rheumatology offers important leadership for people with rheumatic and musculoskeletal disorders. www.rheumatology.org.uk
