Commercial real estate runs on relationships, market knowledge, and the ability to move fast. The technology supporting that work has never kept up. Enterprise platforms are built for the enterprise. They are expensive, rigid, and designed for procurement teams, not brokers. Meanwhile, the brokers doing the actual work are cobbling together tools that don't talk to each other, don't get adopted by clients, and don't reflect how deals actually get done. Broker Labs exists to close that gap. I started Broker Labs after more than a decade working at the intersection of CRE and technology. I kept seeing the same problem: the brokers closest to the work had the least access to tools built for them. So we built an outsourced technology team for brokers — purpose-built for you, your team, and the clients you serve. We are also paying close attention to what AI makes possible and translating that into practical tools brokers can use today, not theoretical capabilities that never make it to your desk. The technology brokers have been asking for. That is what we are building.
