In 2021 Brusco Food Group announced their exclusive partnership with Smart Salt® bringing patented Sodium Reduction Technology to UK food manufacturers and food service. Smart Salt® is a sodium reduction system based on patented technology from Finland. It enables sodium reduction of up to 60% without compromising on taste or product performance.
