Buffalo Construction Consultants, LLC (BCC) is an employee-owned construction services firm headquartered in Buffalo, New York. Founded in 2017 by respected industry leaders Joseph Mannarino + William Mahoney, BCC provides construction management, owner’s representative, general contracting, program management, and design-build services throughout Western + Central New York. Backed by a team of more than 100 construction professionals, BCC combines a client-focused approach with the expertise, resources, and delivery methods needed to support each project from early planning through successful completion.
