Build Your Better Brain is a 10-session programme for professionals, freelancers, and founders. There's a lot of advice out there about using AI as your chief strategist, your CMO, your research assistant. And those are all valid uses. But if you've been trying those prompts and templates and something still feels like it's missing, it's probably because everyone's got it in reverse. All of those roles are useful, but they only work well if the AI understands who it's working for first. Right now, most people are carrying the cognitive load of making sure their AI gives them the right thing in the right context. How about we change that? Each session is designed so you start it and finish it in that sitting. You walk in, we work through it together using speech-to-text or typing (whichever works for your brain), and you leave with a completed document. No homework. No backlog. And between sessions, I host lunchtime drop-in Q&As so nobody gets left behind. The gap between those who have access to the best tools and those who don't is getting wider, and AI is accelerating that divide.
