About Building Talent Foundation
The Building Talent Foundation brings together the efforts and resources of the Leading Builders of America (LBA), their trade partners, suppliers and other industry stakeholders. Our goal is to collectively strengthen the residential construction workforce as well as help to meet education and employment-related sustainable development goals. Our Mission: To advance the education, training, and career progression of young people and people from underrepresented groups, as skilled technical workers and as business owners in residential construction. Our Vision: To achieve a sustainable workforce in residential construction.
