BUILD was founded by Brett Jansen after 16 years of enterprise sales leadership, $175M in closed deals, and advisory work with 50+ startups from pre-seed through IPO. The pattern was always the same: smart operators sitting on valuable knowledge, using AI at a fraction of its capacity, and leaving revenue and time on the table every day. We built this company to close that gap. Through our community, workshops, and flagship programs, BUILD helps business leaders architect AI into how they actually work. We serve three audiences: operators inside companies who want to lead with AI, not just use it. Consultants who want to build a scalable practice with AI as the operating layer. And teams that need structured enablement to move from curiosity to capability. We do not teach prompts. We do not hand out certificates.
