Bundy is a family law trial practice serving clients across Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Missouri. Our clients include business owners, executives, professionals, and entrepreneurs whose property, careers, and children require representation equal to what is at stake. We represent them in divorce, business valuation, equity and deferred compensation, prenuptial agreements, child custody and relocation, international and interstate matters, and appeals. Two of our partners are board certified for family law trials by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Two are fellows of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. One is a fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers. Our practice in litigation, trial, and appeal is informed by the Bounds of Advocacy promulgated by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the trial-by-agreement work of Stephen Susman, the trial rules of Federal Judge Claire V. Egan, and the Standards for Appellate Conduct established by the Supreme Court of Texas. We are sometimes asked to take a case shortly before trial, when another firm has been retained first and the circumstances require different counsel for what comes next. We approach every case we take with the same readiness from the first day.
