CA Data Center
135 MW AI/HPC-optimized data center at GreenLab Skive, Denmark. Colocation & wholesale. Operational Q3 2027.
About CA Data Center
CA Data Center develops large-scale, AI- and HPC-ready data center capacity in the Nordics. Our flagship development, Skive Data Center in Denmark, brings 135 MW of secured grid capacity online from 2027: one of few European sites combining near-term availability, direct liquid cooling at scale, and a confirmed renewable energy supply below 95 €/MWh. We're built for tenants who need real power on a defined timeline: hyperscalers, neoclouds, frontier AI labs, and enterprises in defense, healthtech and fintech that require sovereign EU infrastructure. Rather than waiting in grid queues or fitting AI workloads into generic colocation, customers get a turnkey, single-floor facility designed from day one for GPU-dense racks (50–100+ kW), with phased intake from 6 MW and build-to-suit options from 25 MW. CA Data Center is part of CA Group (Claesson & Anderzén) — a Swedish family-owned real estate and infrastructure investor founded in 1912, with a USD 2 bn real estate portfolio and a BBB- (stable) Nordic credit rating. Skive is co-developed within GreenLab Skive, Denmark's national green industrial sandbox, which provides direct renewable connections and regulatory flexibility unavailable elsewhere in Europe.
