Cadence Leadership + Communication
We help professionals step into their greatness and become more authentic, consistent and impactful leaders.
About Cadence Leadership + Communication
Cadence helps professionals learn how to lead and communicate in a way that’s authentic, consistent and impactful. The company is built on three principles: The first is that we meet the client where they’re at. This means providing custom training that serves each client’s unique needs rather than relying on rigid catch-all methodologies. The second is that our coaching and training is provided by experts. Our team is comprised of business professionals who are trained counsellors, therapists and teachers. We understand how to help people learn and create change. Finally, the third principal is that we fill an unmet need. By mid-career many professionals have had their fill of traditional professional development. They still want to learn, but crave something different. We meet that need by delivering fresh takes on crucial topics while also expanding thinking on how to lead and communicate. Our approach is fun, challenging, insightful, and most important of all, gets results. Cadence may not be what you’d typically expect and that’s a good thing. Our goal is to spark different thinking in every interaction and we do just that. We believe we can make a difference, and for us that’s not unconventional, it’s good business.
