Cagent Vascular is the first and only company to commercialize an angioplasty balloon with integrated serrations, introducing a new category of endovascular treatment: Serration Remodeling Therapy (SRT). Headquartered in Wayne, PA, our mission is to improve outcomes for patients with Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD) and Chronic Limb-Threatening Ischemia (CLTI) by changing the way physicians treat diseased vessels.
