Cairn Theory works the inflection points — the moments when the old way stops fitting. The same pattern shows up at two scales: organizations whose operating model has outlived its moment, and individuals whose sense of who they are has come unmoored from what they do. At both, the real work is human. We bring three things to that work: executive coaching for leaders in transition, organizational consulting on culture, people strategy, and organizational health for tech companies at inflection points, and an AI-powered tool for people navigating identity and change. The name comes from cairns — the stacks of stones hikers leave along a trail. A cairn doesn't tell you where to go; it tells you someone came this way and found a path. Guidance without domination.
