I owned financial data infrastructure at Hims & Hers through its growth from $148M to $2.3B in revenue, SOX-compliant and audit-ready. I work at both the strategic and the technical layer, and I am comfortable sitting in the middle of an engineering and finance disagreement as the translator who gets both sides aligned. Engagements are scoped around concrete outcomes, not hours billed. Most start with a fixed-fee data foundation audit: one to two weeks, and you leave with a clear picture of what you have, what is broken, and what to do about it. Who I work with: DTC and subscription companies with zero or one data people and no data leader. The Ventures name comes from a second track, building products from 0 to 1.
