CSP serves as a trusted partner and resource for professionals seeking to elevate their business and stay ahead in a dynamic employment landscape. Our Mission Our mission is to serve as the leading voice and resource for the staffing and recruitment industry in California. We strive to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and excellence in the field. Through education, advocacy, and networking opportunities, we aim to empower staffing professionals to thrive in their careers and contribute to the growth and success of businesses and job seekers throughout California. Our Vision California Staffing Professionals (CSP) is the driving force behind California’s staffing and recruiting industry. We power success through education, connection, and bold legislative advocacy. As the voice of staffing and recruiting in California, CSP champions the professionals who shape the future of work. Organizational Structure: In accordance with democratic principles, CSP places ultimate authority in the hands of its membership. Major policy decisions are determined through membership votes—either by mailed ballot or at the annual state convention. The membership also elects CSP's Board of Directors, a group of professionals who represent the regional diversity of our membership and act on behalf of the organization. The Board meets quarterly and is empowered to conduct official business in alignment with the CSP Bylaws and Standing Rules of Order. To carry out its responsibilities, the Board operates through standing and special committees. CSP's regional programs, networking events, and community activities are vital to advancing our mission.
