Capital Consulting Engineers (CCE) is a full-service MEP engineering firm founded by three principals who believed the AEC industry deserved better: more responsive partners, direct access to experienced engineers, and a team genuinely invested in every project's success. Brian Hockman PE, Buckley Parks PE LEED AP BD+C, and Charbel Nakhle PE LEED AP BD+C CDCP founded CCE in Austin, Texas, after years at larger firms where client relationships felt transactional. They built CCE differently: a deep, experienced team backed by principals who stay involved on every project, from the first phone call through construction administration. We provide comprehensive Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering, along with Building Due Diligence and Construction Administration for commercial, industrial, life sciences, retail, mixed-use, and hospitality projects across Central Texas and beyond.
