Capital Associates is a full-service commercial real estate company, providing development, leasing and sales, property management, and consulting services for our own accounts, as well as third parties. While we are best known for our class “A” office and build-to-suit projects, we also develop medical office buildings, for-sale townhomes, rental apartments, and raw land for multi-use business parks and residential communities. We have developed over 3.7 million square feet of commercial and residential space, and we currently manage over 3.4 million square feet.
