Career Invites helps utilities, electrification contractors and other employers build stronger workforce pipelines by bringing their people, careers and opportunities directly to students and communities. We produce authentic, short-form career stories featuring real team members doing the work, then bring those stories to students and career seekers through the Career Invites network. Partners can feature their own careers alongside CI’s growing energy and skilled trades career library and connect people directly with: • Local colleges and training providers • Apprenticeships and internships • Work-based learning opportunities • Employer career and hiring resources One career experience. Career Invites can be used in local middle and high school classrooms, embedded directly into utility and contractor websites, shared through QR-code posters, and used at community events, career fairs and workforce outreach programs.
