Our mission is to empower people through tailored support and continuous development so that they can thrive at every stage of working life. We’re her to raise aspirations, drive social mobility, and connect people to brighter futures. Named Careers Provider of the Year 2025-26 (Career Development Awards) We offer expert careers information, advice, guidance, and employer connections for: • Students in 250+ schools, colleges, and alternative settings, supported by 800+ employer links. • Individuals in the justice system, helping them move into work, education, or training and away from offending. We work in nearly 40 locations. • Young people not in education, employment, or training (NEET), breaking down barriers and raising aspirations in partnership with eight local authorities. We also train the next generation of careers and IAG professionals and deliver accredited training and CPD for workplaces, to promote development, inclusivity, and success. We take an evidence-based approach to delivery for better outcomes, and we amplify the voices of those we support in our service design and research.
