In addition, we own over 1,000 patents in digital imaging, film, and imaging chemistry. Originally part of Eastman Kodak, Carestream was founded in 2007. Today, our largest shareholders include Apollo Global Management, Brigade Capital Management, CION Investment Corporation, and Vector Capital—a premier group of respected investors with more than $1T of assets under management. We employ almost 3,400 people who serve a global customer base. Carestream is headquartered in Rochester, New York, with locations around the world.
