His vision came to life in an unexpected place—a small space inside a gas station on Alton Road in South Beach—where locals quickly fell in love with the fresh, vibrant meals being served. From day one, our mission has been clear: help people enjoy real food. Food that feels good, tastes great, and fits into everyday life. Today, Carrot Express has grown to 30 locations across Florida and New York, with continued expansion ahead.
