Building the Next Generation of African Business Leaders
About Cascador
Cascador is an Africa-focused platform for growth-stage founders building real economy businesses — the companies producing goods, delivering essential services, creating jobs at scale, and driving prosperity that changes lives and societies. Through Cascador ScaleUp, its flagship program, Cascador works with a highly selected cohort of entrepreneurs to strengthen their leadership and sharpen their strategy, preparing them for responsible scale. Unique in the ecosystem, Cascador pairs deep capacity building with direct access to catalytic capital through the Cascador Catalytic Fund, which deploys up to $5M annually in a tailored mix of equity and debt, in partnership with Sterling Bank. Alumni of the program become eligible to apply, ensuring that the founders most prepared to scale responsibly are the ones who access capital. By connecting founders to the networks, capital, and strategic support required to grow, Cascador is helping build the next generation of enduring African businesses. Since 2019, Cascador has supported more than 70 entrepreneurs who have collectively raised over $125 million and created almost 67,000 jobs in 2025 alone. Learn more and apply at www.cascador.org.
