Our portfolio spans croquettes, Cuban-style tamales, empanadas, stuffed specialties, and a full line of appetizers and hors d'oeuvres, produced for both foodservice and retail customers. We are a market leader in croquettes and Cuban-style tamales, with deep penetration across retail and foodservice channels in Florida and the eastern United States. Our three brands serve distinct roles: Catalina for retail and foodservice, Saugatuck Kitchens for premium foodservice appetizers, and Doña Laura for select program-specific needs.
