Catalyst Connection is a private, nonprofit economic development organization headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, dedicated to strengthening manufacturing across Southwestern Pennsylvania. For more than 35 years, we have worked alongside manufacturers to help them navigate change, improve performance, and build the capabilities needed to compete in an evolving global industry. We partner with small and medium-sized manufacturers to address a wide range of operational and business challenges through consulting, workforce development, training, and strategic initiatives.
