Channel Distribution and Trade (CDT) Pharma Strategies was founded in 2021 and now represents one of the only remaining independent and unaffiliated management consulting resources for manufacturers in the US today. CDT fills the growing need for unbiased real-world market access consultancy to support the full range of products at every stage of the product life cycle. We assist specialty, cell & gene, and branded manufacturers with developing or optimizing their channel strategy. Unlike many consulting firms CDT does not leave a manufacturer following strategy development. CDT can step in and as required implement the strategy as a representative of the manufacturer with the identified channel partners. This execution support with CDT’s deep and diverse experience allows the manufacturer to ensure both flawless execution of the identified strategy and optimization of gross to net costs by ensuring a fair value exchange with channel partners to ensure costs are appropriately allocated to those partners who can actually support demand generation.
