CEGA is Pakistan’s dedicated hub for game development and animation talent funded by the Ministry of Information Technology ( MoiTT ) through IGNITE. CEGA is the biggest gaming and Animation platform of Pakistan, combining world-class training, a structured startup incubation program, and affordable co-working & community space in Lahore and Karachi. Training: Multi-track courses in Pre-production, Production, Post-production, Unity, Unreal, and 3D Animation delivered through labs, projects, and rigorous reporting - scaling to skill 10,000 youth over five years. Incubation: In partnership with LUMS Center for Entrepreneurship, CEGA runs biannual, hybrid cohorts guiding teams from ideation to market readiness with coaching, GameForge workshops, investor prep, and a high-visibility Investor Summit at the end of each cycle. Co-working & Community: Purpose-built space with ICT infrastructure, bookings, CRM, and year-round events (game jams, showcases, animation nights) to connect students, indie studios, mentors, and investors in both cities.
