The Center for Organizational Health promotes the Value Culture. Formerly known as The Kimmell Foundation, we develop CEO's and upper-level managers into top-level leaders. Inspired by Thomas Hill III and his own experiences as CEO of Kimray Inc., The Center focuses on training leaders to transform corporate culture by being available, listening, and making a change.
