About Centre for Synchronous Leadership

WHO ARE WE? Founded in 2010 by Justine Lutterodt, the Centre for Synchronous Leadership is a leadership consultancy, think tank and membership organisation that helps leaders anticipate and respond to future trends. WHAT IS OUR VISION? A flourishing system, where the flow of power is in sync with the holistic needs of business and society. WHAT IS OUR MISSION? To facilitate the healthy flow of power in the business sector through the provision of leadership transformation, insight and community. HOW DO WE ACHIEVE THIS? 1 - Leadership transformation via individual and team coaching, organisational interventions, public speaking / facilitation and leadership training programmes. We are best known for the Walk the Tightrope course and programme. 2 - Leadership insight via the practice of systemic listening (tuning into different perspectives in the system), primary and secondary research, analysis of business and societal trends, and the creation / refinement of new theoretical models. 3 - Leadership community via the CSL Ecosystem of Change which mirrors the corporate hierarchy - including CSL Elders (retirees), CSL Changemakers (senior managers or C-suite), CSL Tightrope Walkers (mid-to-senior level managers), CSL Extended Team Members (early career) and CSL Mentees (students) - with the exception of CSL Fellows (social entrepreneurs). Through this ecosystem, we are modelling a new norm of leadership that transcends diverse stereotypes and helping our leaders become both more plugged in and more influential.
