Founded in 2021 by industry veteran Alexander Culley as A.C.Culley & Co., C & G Regulatory Solutions Limited, trading as C&G, offers deep experience of financial markets regulation and compliance. We have had senior management level experience (UK SMF 16/17) of dealing with a wide range of regulatory matters from product development to disciplinary cases. We are particularly well placed to assist buy and sell side firms that are active in the following asset classes: - commodities (particularly base metals, cocoa, coffee, dairy, freight, grains, oils, precious metals, sugar); - foreign exchange (particularly forwards, options, payment services, rolling spot, spot); and - securities (particularly corporate bonds, equities and government bonds). We are equipped with an expert knowledge of the financial regulations that govern these markets, including (but not limited to) EMIR, MAR, MiFID II, MiFIR, the Money Laundering Regulations and the FCA's Handbook.
