Chain Reaction invests at pre-seed in early-stage blockchain companies — the founders building the infrastructure, applications, and rails for what gets rebuilt on-chain. We operate as two parts of one engine. Chain Reaction Boston is our angel group: professional investors, operators, and domain experts who source, review, and back companies early. We invest our own capital and stay close to our founders — offering the networks, judgment, and operating experience that come from having built and backed companies ourselves. Chain Reaction Capital is the fund that sits alongside the group. It brings larger checks, leads or fills out rounds, and collaborates with other VCs to get founders fully funded — turning early conviction into real capital.
