We're exploring how advanced manufacturing, digital technology, AI and modern methods of construction can transform the way Australia designs, manufactures and delivers housing, particularly in regional communities. Our work sits at the intersection of construction, technology and workforce development, with a focus on creating more productive, scalable and inclusive ways to build. Our vision is bigger than building individual projects. We want to help build a more productive construction industry, a stronger regional workforce and a future where regional Australia has the capability to build Australia's future. Through our work with innovative technology partners, including Cuby Technologies, we are investigating how digitally enabled construction and manufacturing can help address some of Australia's most pressing challenges: housing supply, construction productivity and skills shortages. Innovation to us, is not about replacing traditional processes with technology. It’s about creating more opportunities for people to participate in the future of construction. We are passionate about developing pathways for regional workers, women, students and people from non-traditional employment backgrounds to gain exposure to new technologies and the skills required for the future workforce. Our collaborations with industry and education partners, including UNSW, reflect our commitment to connecting construction with education, research and real-world innovation.
