We are headquartered in Portland, Maine, with a regional office in Nashville, Tennessee, and own companies that operate in seven US states and two Canadian provinces, and are actively looking to expand across the US and Canada. We acquire businesses from retiring owners and current entrepreneurs with an emphasis on preserving legacies and positioning companies for long-term success.
