About CHU Tivoli
Le C.H.U. Tivoli est un hôpital à vocation universitaire faisant partie intégrante du réseau de l'Université Libre de Bruxelles. Il compte 518 lits aigus agréés. L’activité hospitalière, couvrant toutes les spécialités médicales, est concentrée sur un site unique d’exploitation à La Louvière, ce qui en fait ainsi, en terme d’importance, le 3ème site hospitalier wallon. Il tisse depuis quelques années un réseau extra-hospitalier solide grâce à 4 polycliniques situées à Binche, Chapelle-Lez-Herlaimont Houdeng-Goegnies et à Manage. Un service d’auto dialyse extrahospitalière est, quant à lui, situé à Soignies. Des Centres de prélèvements se développent de plus en plus au-delà des frontières de la région du Centre. Le C.H.U. Tivoli compte près de 1.700 travailleurs auxquels il convient d’ajouter près de 250 médecins indépendants. Il constitue ainsi l’un des principaux employeurs de la région du Centre.
