At Chunc, we believe mobility is about more than movement – it’s about comfort, independence, and confidence in everyday life. For over 20 years, we’ve been designing and hand assembling specialist wheelchairs and mobility bases that support children and adults with moderate to complex postural needs. From our flagship Chunc One to the innovative Adapt Wheelbase, our products are created to provide long term value, clinical support, and sustainable solutions. We’re proud to be part of the journey for every individual and family we support. Every Chunc product is engineered for durability, adaptability, and clinical performance. We work closely with healthcare professionals, families, and carers to ensure our designs make a genuine difference, from schools and classrooms and family homes, to hospitals, residential care, and community settings. Chunc began with Sophie, diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, whose early wheelchairs simply didn’t meet her postural and functional needs. With a background in aerospace engineering, her family set out to rethink children’s wheelchairs – focusing on precision, usability, and dignity. The result was a completely new approach to specialist seating. Today, decades later, Sophie still sits comfortably in a Chunc wheelchair – a lasting testament to thoughtful design built around real lives.
